Solution: please contact DJI Support or Customer Service if you lose any of the components from Mavic Pro

By the time Mavic Pro arrives at your place, pay attention to every arm that's on Mavic Pro to make sure the wire inside the joint is not too long or slow. If the wire is too long or delayed, they can interrupt when the arm will open or close, this has an impact on the damage of ESC and the machine in the arm.Tips and Tricks On DJI Mavic Pro

Is Mavic Unable to Use 1080p Video 60 / 96fps?

Solution: avoid recording videos with 1080p 60 / 96fps because this recording mode is only intended for the use of FPV eyeglasses that will soon be released in the near future.

When recording 1080p quality video with frame rate between 60fps or 96fps, the striped / distorted effect can be seen on the camera. This is because the received signal is low, so in this mode can not record with high quality.

DJI has released a PDF document explaining this which you can download here

Is There a Jello Effect in Mavic Pro Videos?

Solution: DJI has released a video showing how dreadlocks should be secured before takeoff, see also video above. However, if you are still unsure, you can contact DJI Support or Customer Service if this happens.

A Mavic Pro user reported that after landing his Mavic Pro into a bit harder, he found that there was Jello in the video he recorded. After examining his gimbalnya, he found that the locking gimbal has changed position. To solve the problem of this Jello effect, he then restores the position of the dreadlock to the original position.

Micro Gimbal Vibrate on Flight?

Solution: This error can be solved as when the problem appears the effect of Jello. However, you should still contact DJI Support or Customer Service to verify if there are any problems with the software.

This problem is experienced by some users who complained of small vibrations, although only briefly, theoretically this problem is caused because the machine from dreadlocks, vibrate or may not locked in position. This can be caused by damage to the gear that affects the dreadlock setting.

Some Mavic Pro units have already been sent back to the manufacturer because of this problem, we will be presenting more complete information once we have it.

Remot Levers Moving during Calibration?

Solution: The DJI has confirmed that this is a problem with GO's DJI app that will not impact the flight and should not be considered. The GO's DJI app has been updated to resolve this issue.

A Mavic Pro user reports this while performing a routine calibration. The DJI GO application identifies that the remote is not in the middle position, although in reality the lever is already in the middle.

Since there is only one person who reports this problem, then this problem is considered complete.

Solution: contact DJI Support or Customer Support if you lose the component on Mavic Pro

Is the antenna on your remote easy to shake? If so, then there could be one of the missing hinge bolts whose function is to lock the antenna fold.

We advise all Mavi Pro users to check all installed ensel bolts correctly. Be sure to report to DJI directly so they can improve the quality of their product controls.

Calibrate the Gimbal by putting your dronemu on a flat surface, then select 'Setting' / 'Settings' menu and select 'Gimbal', then click 'Gimbal Auto Calibration' and wait until the process is complete.
If this problem is not resolved, use the 'Adjust Gimbal Roll' option, which can be accessed from the 'settings settings' menu button, tilting until a horizontal line appears.
Do I have to Fly Closet Climbs as well?

 DJI-Mavic-Pro-Camera-768x433
Solution: do not fly with Mavic Pro dreadlock plastic because there is a risk of this cover falling when the flight

Many Mavic Pro users are confused about whether they should fly with a dummy cover plate and a camera or not. These accessories are only used to protect the camera and dreadlocks.

DJI does complement Mavic Pro with these accessories for cameras and dreadlocks but not for flying.

Moreover, the level of suitability of this plastic cover can be loose which makes it must be released before the flight or will cause it to fall. DJI seems to be preparing the dome plastic cover cameras and new dreadlocks with dark gray color that can also be released.

Recording a video or taking a picture with a plastic cover still attached will make the resulting image to be less good, like blur, dewy, or maybe there is a reflection of light from the outside.

There are Only Two Props (propellers) Backup?

 DJI_Mavic_Pro_Props
Solution: This is a natural thing and not a problem. Only Combo packs are equipped with 4 Props (propeller) backup. The regular package only has 2 props (propeller) backup.

DJI Mavic Pro is shipped with two propellers that have been paired, four other propellers are in the box.

Previously, DJI only provided two backup propellers for their drones but thanks to Mavic Pro's proprietary propeller technology. It seems that DJI prefer to save the cost of manufacture by just making two propeller back only.

You should also be careful that the Mavic Pro Combo Package which provides extra two additional propeller backups also requires additional costs. You can also buy your own Mavic Pro propeller at the DJI Shop for no more than 135,000.

Can I Use a Tablet to Fly Mavic Pro?

Solution: Though there are already third parties selling tablet buffers for Mavic Pro remote control, we still advise you to wait for an official similar product from DJI.

Until now DJI has not yet released a tablet support buffer for Mavic Pro. In various facebook groups have appeared a lot of third parties who sell this tablet buffer but these products have no license at all.

Some users report that transmitter sleeves will be used for tablets if the connecting cables are removed, but this still can still make your tablet fall while flying.

Video Blur Display?

Solution: This is normal and not a problem. Mavic Pro has a new 'Touch To Focus' feature, so before you record a video or take a photo, touch your smart phone screen where you want to focus your Mavic Pro camera.

Unlike previous DJI drone models, Mavic Pro comes with advanced 'Touch To Focus' features that make you more flexible in enhancing the sharpness and clarity of the area you want to capture. But this feature is sometimes confusing, according to some observers, this feature is clearly very clear not made with a particular softaware.

This feature is easy to use, while flying and you have specified the location you want to capture, touch on your phone screen to get a clearer picture. Check out the video above for more details.

Another trick you can try is to use the C1 and C2 buttons under the remote control to adjust this focal point and you just press one of these buttons before taking a photo to make sure the photo is taken perfectly.

Is there a Little Shock on Video?

Solution: contact DJI Support or Customer Service immediately if this problem occurs.

Because of the weight of the Mavic Pro is quite light, then when flying at high speed or windy areas, dreads that exist on it will be difficult to maintain the stability that will result in the appearance of shocks on the video display as you see in the video.Tips and Tricks On DJI Mavic Pro

 iPhone_Button
Solution: This can be called a design flaw of the Transmitter available on Mavic Pro. However, this problem can be solved in the following ways:

If you use iPhone for your Mavic Pro, you will know that the smart phone clip transmitter covers the iPhone button, which means you can not open the DJ app
